Les septièmes Conversations de Gouvieux, développées en partenariat avec CAPGEMINI, se sont tenues les 9 et 10 décembre derniers.Ces rencontres ont pour vocation de créer une relation de confiance entre les armées et le monde civil et de se parler à livre ouvert. Le mantien du lien entre civils et militaires est devenu d’autant plus crucial que s’est crée entre-temps la réserve citoyenne de l’armée de l’Ait et que la France vient de se doter d’une garde nationale à la suite des attentants qui ont endeuillé la France.Une centaine de professionnels du secteur de la Défense, civils et militaires ont conversé très librement des opérations, de l’état des Armées françaises et de leur avenir. Parmi les participants, on retrouvait plusieurs officiers supérieurs venus partager leur expérience autour de 4 tables rondes.La première a permis aux militaires de tirer des enseignements des opérations militaires des dernières années. La deuxième conversation a concerné les synergies développées entre les forces de défense et celles de l’intérieur dans la lutte contre le terrorisme. La préparation de l’avenir et les conditions d’une remontée en puissance de l’outil de défense français ont été évoquées lors de la troisième table ronde, en insistant sur l’usure des matériels et des hommes de la Défense ; sollicités depuis plusieurs années. En clôture, des présentations de témoignages d’acteurs engagés dans la réserve citoyenne suivies par les interventions de trois industriels qui ont présenté leurs innovations dans le domaine de la Défense.Lire le compte rendu dans AIR COSMOS
