Club Transport Aérien

PRÉSENTATION

Le transport aérien amorce depuis quelques années une profonde transformation liée à différents facteurs : exigence de rentabilité et de compétitivité économique, développement des compagnies low-cost, alliances, augmentation du trafic, fortes fluctuations du prix du kérosène, prise en compte des enjeux environnementaux…

A ces éléments, s’ajoute le contexte de crise financière et économique, et bien sûr sanitaire, qui s’inscrit dans la durée. Les comportements des consommateurs se modifient et obligent les compagnies aériennes à repenser leur approche de la prestation de service.

Ce secteur, dans ses différentes composantes, va s’en trouver profondément modifié. Un certain nombre de compagnies aériennes, de prestataires, devraient disparaître. On devrait assister à un retour significatif du rôle des états, une nouvelle conception de l’aérien va se dessiner.

Il est primordial de s’interroger sur les perspectives de ce secteur et sur ses enjeux stratégiques pour lui permettre de retrouver une dynamique positive.

OBJECTIFS

Ce cercle réunit les acteurs les plus significatifs participant à la chaîne de valeur du transport aérien (compagnies aériennes, constructeurs, opérateurs, voyagistes, représentants des grandes infrastructures, assureurs) afin d’élaborer des pistes de réponse concrètes à un certain nombre de questions que se pose ce secteur et contribuer à de meilleures perspectives d’avenir.

Il offre un espace indépendant de réflexion et de débat, qui permet aux acteurs clés du secteur d’exposer leurs lignes d’action et de confronter leur point de vue.

La singularité de cette démarche tient dans sa volonté de réunir sans a priori, dans un cadre convivial, quelques personnalités (30 à 40) dans un véritable esprit club : espace entièrement dédié à la réflexion, permettant d’échanger des analyses et des meilleures pratiques. Ces rencontres sont exclusivement destinées aux membres du club, lesquels font tous l’objet d’une cooptation.
